Automobili Pininfarina Battista Revealed

Automobili Pininfarina revealed the first car Battista. The Automobile design studio Pininfarina has many experiences and projects, Battista Pinin Farina company founded in Turin, Italy in 1930. About 90 years of experiences are from the historic Carrozzeria Pininfarina coachbuilder behind it.

The body of the Pininfarina Battista has a monocoque chassis and full carbon monocoque, the front and rear has an aluminum crash impact absorbers. The battery pack is located in the center tunnel, batteries capacity are 120 kWh,  the Battista’s range is up to a 450 km (280 miles).

Pininfarina Battista’s electric powertrain is from Rimac Automobili, it has huge numbers 1,874 hp 1,397 kilowatts and 1,694 lb-ft 2,300 nm of all electric torque from four separate motors. Pininfarina claims that  0-100 km/h 0-62 mph numbers in less than 2 seconds. Battista sits on 21 inch rims fitted with bespoke Pirelli P Zero, braking is important point it has 390 mm carbon ceramic discs front and rear and clamped by six-piston calipers. The top speed is above 350 km/h (217 mph). Automobili Pininfarina planning to build just 150 of them and production will start in 2020.
