Lamborghini Squadra Corse 18 Alston

It’s latest one-off car is called the SC18 Alston, and it is based on the Aventador platform. Developed by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse racing division. The car features upgraded aerodynamics vents and scoops and wings and spoilers and strakes and fins all for aerodynamic performance. The hood, fenders, fins, and scoops are inspired by the company’s Huracan GT3 and Trofeo EVO race cars.

The engine is the Aventador’s wonderful naturally aspirated V12, making 770 horsepower at 8500 RPM and 720 Nm of torque at 6750 RPM. All handled via the ISR (Independent Shifting Rod) optimized seven speed gearbox single clutch paddle shift transmission. The wheels are 20 inches up front, 21 in the rear, wrapped in specially developed Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. The SC18 Alston is underlined by the color of the carbon fiber body in the Grigio Daytona (Grey). The cockpit features interiors in Nero Ade (black) Alcantara with cross-stitching in Rosso Alala (red), and carbon fiber bucket seats.
