The new Mazda MX-30 EV Crossover Revealed

The new Mazda MX-30 EV Crossover Mazda’s first fully electric car has finally been revealed at 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. The MX-30’s design languages and its size gives its 30 name like CX-30, the main point to its being a sporty, fun to drive EV crossover. MX name comes from piston engine sporty models for Mazda. If you know Mazda RX name reminds us rotary engine sporty models. MX-30 has two small suicide doors access to the rear seats and it remind us the RX-8.

The design language shows us its sporty EV crossover. it has sporty coupe looking roofline shape, the door trims are used by fibers made from recycled plastic. Inside of the MX-30 cabin has a touchscreen display for climate control functions, and cork in the center console, nice details touches as a cork producer Mazda, the interior is lined in soft fabrics are also produced by recycled materials.

The new Mazda MX-30 is powered by a 35.5 kilowatt hour lithium-ion battery, single electric motor generating 143 horsepower 106 kilowatts. The lithium-ion battery offering a range of approximately 130 miles. MX-30 G-vectoring system that uses the powertrain allows for regenerative braking. the system that reduces torque with steering input. The car will be compatible with DC fast charging stations.
